All, What is the current thinking on the relationship between layout tables and Section 508? I know that 508 does not presently forbid them, but I remain wary. I have read some information at wisc.edu http://www.doit.wisc.edu/accessibility/online-course/standards/tables.htm#beyond508 that says if they are appropriately linear, there's no problem with layout tables because assistive technology can handle layout tables. What can anyone advise me? I have a govt. project on which I need to advise my client. Thanks! Elizabeth -- Elizabeth Buie Luminanze Consulting, LLC tel +1.301.943.4168 http://www.luminanze.com
