RE: [SEC508] Does .31 always apply?



I believe both the graphic and audio would be non-text so they would be
covered by .22a that says
 (a) A text equivalent for every non-text element shall be provided"

So you couldn't pass with only audio and graphic if using the Web phone
interface.

Or do you mean that since the phone doesn't have braille built in it could
only display the text as voice?
