Following on my braille issue, accessing a web that complies might also not be possible with phone systems which serve up synthesized speech through the web/phone interface. For instance, if there are graphical representations of the content on a site accompanied by audio representations of same, the phone will get gibberish as well as the braille getting nothing to gibbberish.
