Section 508 is not about a specific OS, hardware, or software. It is a set of standards to follow in your development process. If you following xHTML with the 508 tag and attribute guidelines, your site will be compliant. No where in the 508 regs does it state that you need to be concerned with Magic Magnifier or JAWS.
