Don, The method is the same for IE's pop-up blocker. The focus will automatically shift when the
bar comes up, then you need to activate the context menu and select the option

told that I had to "view" some IE information bar to ensure that the
Activex control had been successfully installed. There seemed to be no accessible manner of
