[SEC508] Vendor suggestions?

We have a number of documents that are only available in PDF on our site,
primarily because we have a short lead time between when we receive the
documents from the content providers and when they are scheduled to be
posted.  Most have complex formatting.  We do not have sufficient human
resources to create HTML versions of these documents ourselves.  We are
considering putting out an RFP for a contractor who would do this for us on
an ongoing basis. Does anyone have any suggestions of companies we should
consider?
