Uh, how do I tell you this?
Your main problem is that you're using listproc rather than listserv. If
you switch packages you'll be able to archive via all manner of criteria
by simply editing supplied template files. We're on top of this issue here
at AFB because we've just had to select a package to use on AFB's
Intranet. Our choice is listserv hands down.
