Ibid, Ibid: The discussion has to extend beyond products. There is no way to
pack a self-contained all-purpose solution into the product box. The result
would be so proprietary, and so disconnected from the advancement of
technology, that the result would be isolation rather than accessibility.
The Family set needs to address integration and service and all the other
processes that assure that accessibility features in the hardware and
software get hooked up properly at installation and maintained properly
throughout the life cycle.
