Possible Families:

*	Computers
*	Computer related hardware (monitors, keyboards, pointing devices,
scanners, digitizers, modems, etc.)
*	Software (productivity, education, data entry, off-the-shelf,
instrumentation, remote i/o)
*	Software (development)
*	External Web sites and Internet
*	Business e-communications (e.g., e-mail, v-mail, e-scheduling,
e-journal, e-collaboration, intranet). This is a separate category that is a
subset of Software. E-communications of any specific type should be a global
solution and can not be mixed-and-matched like other software solutions.
		That is, an agency can easily purchase a single unit
software package (e.g.,
a word processor) to accommodate accessibility whereas this is not possible
or ill advised in the case of the more global e-communications.
*	Business communications (e.g., pagers, telephones, cell phones,
transceivers)
*	Office automation equipment (e.g., copiers, printers, faxes,
intercoms, public address systems, and alerting systems)
*	Security equipment (e.g., pass key and readers, keypad entry, and
related systems)
*	Public input/output equipment (e.g., kiosks and ATM's)
*	Diagnostic equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, VOM, magnetometers,
Geiger counters, etc.)
*	Rendering equipment (e.g., TV's, FM tuners, CD players, DVD players)
*	Recording equipment (e.g., video and sound recorders, mixers)

I am sure this list leaves a lot to be desired but it is something to work
from. Is my understanding of family correct? If so, what is missing? If so,
what's categorized incorrectly? If so, is this list over-categorized?
