Lower Frame
This is a form for turning on and off frames. This frame removing JavaScript makes the parent.location be this frame when the Frames Off button is clicked. When this is frame is the html page, clicking the Frames On button will make the frames apply.
This page is like the upper frame. Each frame page can become the central page.
