A 5-button EZ Access Keypad

Picture shows an approximately square button pad with 5 EZ Access buttons. Top and centered is a blue diamond-shaped button (a square button turned so that it has a corner at the top and bottom). The blue diamond shaped button has a large question mark ("?") symbol printed on it. Directly below this button, also centered, are two yellow triangular shaped buttons, one above the other. The button above points upward. The button below is points downward. Each has a tactile ridge located on their tips. Together, the two buttons suggest up and down but are not labeled. To the right of the up and down arrow keys is a round green button - also unlabeled. Above and to the left of the arrow buttons is a button that is white in color with the word "BACK" printed in its center. The Back button is rectangular with an arrow tip pointing left.
