Description of Figure 3, an 8 button EZ Access Keypad

Picture shows an approximately square button pad with 8 EZ Access buttons. Top and centered is a blue diamond-shaped button (a square button turned so that it has a corner at the top and bottom). The blue diamond shaped button has a large question mark ("?") symbol printed on it. In the upper left corner of the keypad is a small black rectangle with a double chevron symbol in its center. This symbol is white and points left. In the upper right corner of the keypad is a same sized rectangular key, but red in color. This key also has a double chevron symbol, but pointing right. Directly below the help button, centered, are two yellow triangular shaped buttons, one above the other. The button above has a point pointing upward. The button below is inverted so that its button points downward. Each has a tactile ridge located on their tips. Together, the two buttons suggest up and down but are not labeled. To the right of the up and down arrow keys is a round green button - also unlabeled. . Above and to the left of the up and down arrow buttons is a button that is white in color with the word "BACK" printed in its center. The Back button is rectangular with an arrow tip pointing left. To the right of the back button, is a white button with the work ‘Next’ printed in its center. This button is also rectangular with an arrow tip, but pointing right.
