Description of Appendix C Illustration:  This is an advertisement for a Net Phone.  The 
Net Phone is a telephone that runs on your computer.  It is a software program that you load and 
run on a standard computer that is connected to the Internet.  The program throws an image of 
a telephone up on to the screen of your computer.  You can then click on the handset to cause 
the phone handle to be "picked up."  You can then dial the phone by clicking on the buttons 
on screen (or on your keyboard).  It dials like a standard phone and allows you to make long
