Description of Appendix A Illustration:  The illustration is an advertisement from a newspaper. 
 It is a Circuit City advertisement offering the Motorola StarTAC cellular phone as available 
for 1 cent on sale.  Activation is required, but the activation fee ($40 value from Circuit City) 
is waived.  In addition, three months of free incoming calls is offered.  The StarTAC is just 
3.7 oz. and 5.5 cubic inches and provides 60 minutes of talktime and 14 hour standby, caller ID, 
a belt holster, and NIMH Memory Free SMART Battery.
