Key Issues In Assuring That the National Information Infrastructure (NII) in Classrooms is Accessible

I was asked to put together the key issues that should be kept in mind regarding insuring access to the NII as we are wiring the schools ... and to keep the document to 2 pages.

Attached is my attempt to capture our best information as a community on this topic. Although the document is focused on access to the NII in the classroom, it applies to access to the NII in general as well.

Suggestions for improvement are always welcome.
